  • Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight, dimensions, and shipping destination. We work with trusted carriers to provide accurate rates and offer you the most affordable options.
  • If you prefer, you can choose expedited shipping options for faster delivery, which will be calculated at checkout.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding holidays).
  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.

International Shipping

  • We currently offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping fees and delivery times vary depending on location.
  • Please note that any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees incurred for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are automatically added to your order total at checkout, and are based on the shipping method and destination you select.
  • For free shipping promotions, the cost will be covered on us—no additional fees for you.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Customer Pays Return Shipping: If you need to return your order, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance for returns.
  • Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 15% will apply to all returns, excluding faulty or damaged items.
  • Condition of Return: Items must be returned in unused, unwashed, and resellable condition with all original tags attached.
  • Return Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days, we are unable to accept returns.

Order Issues

  • If there is an issue with your order (e.g., delay or lost package), please contact us immediately. We’ll work with you to resolve any problems as quickly as possible. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
